DUTCH SUPERCAR CHALLENGE: Spa Francorchamps 13th-14th October 2007

Spa-Francorchamps seems to be the place to be for GT this October. The Dutch series roared into this renowned venue for their penultimate meet of the 2007 season.

Putting in another guest appearance was the Rollcentre Mosler with usual suspects Riley and Flux at the wheel.

In the other marque entrant, Harry Mecke was joined by Roland Reinfeld.

Race one saw the Moslers fil the second row of the grid after a promising qualifying session. Unfortunately - and not for the first time this season - sucj high flying wa short-lived. Early contact with a DTM Audi saw the Rollcentre car struggle and eventually retire through the resultant damage. Reinfeld held third for a time before Eigner retired too, a damaged drive shaft taking its toll.

The second race saw a few more spills and not too many Mosler thrills. Mecke made contact with another car at La Source following a restart behind the safety car; the Mosler limped back to the pits and called it a day. Riley took a trip across the gravel and beached the Rollcentre car, leaving their weekend high and dry.
