PREVIEW: Britcar 2008

I didn't cover Britcar too often last year apart from the 24 hour race; this year it's all change as four Moslers will be in action for the season.

Michael and Sean McInerney, taken out of last year's 24 hour race by the Top Gear team, are billed as drivers for car #4, a Rollcentre Racing Mosler.

GT stalwarts Kevin Riley and Ian Flux forsake British GT this season to drive their Rollcentre car in Britcar as #7.

Renowned Marcos Mantis team Topcats take #20, though for the first race may be in the factory Mosler pictured here.

Which leaves Andrew Tate and Aaron Scott racing for Peter Hignett's ABG Motorsport.

And the Eclipse Mosler was out and about on test day as well... quite who ends up behind the wheel of that I'm not too sure.

With three trips to Silverstone, several jaunts round Snetterton and Brands Hatch, a trip over to Spa and a night race at Donington, it looks like an interesting season. I'll certainly be there for a few of them and will bring reports from the season opener at Silverstone on March 22nd.
